WEST RICHLAND, Wash. – West Richland Police officers are out at a three-car crash at the intersection of Kennedy Rd. and Arena Rd.
Both the Eastbound and Westbound lanes are closed on Kennedy Rd.
Officers ask you to avoid the area and use alternative routes until they can clear the area.
