Unlawful Firearm Possession Charge Behind Kennewick Manhunt

Kennewick Police are asking for your help to locate a wanted felon.

•  Thomas Lee Allen Jennings
•  45-years old
•  Description 5’5″ tall, weighing approximately 220 pounds

The suspect is wanted for a Felony outstanding warrant. The original charge is for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.

 If you see this individual, do not approach. Please call dispatch right away so officers can respond and take this person into custody. Non-Emergency dispatch can be reached at 509-628-0333.

What is the Penalty for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm

In Washington State, Unlawful possession of a firearm in the first degree is a serious crime, a Class B felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine.

Unlawful possession of a firearm in the second degree is a Class C felony, carrying a maximum punishment of up to 5 years behind bars and a $10,000 fine.
