KENNEWICK, Wash. — A 14-year-old boy has been arrested in Kennewick, accused of a murder that happened on October 29.

Kennewick Police say officers responded to a report of gunfire, arriving in the area of the 1100 block of West 5th Avenue to find a two-vehicle collision and a man dead inside one of the vehicles.

It was determined that both he and the vehicle had been shot.

On Wednesday, Nov. 2, KPD detectives located the 14-year-old suspect and arrested him.

He has been booked into the Benton-Franklin Juvenile Justice Center for the alleged crime of first-degree murder.
