KENNEWICK, Wash. – A murder suspect has been arrested in connection to the killing of a Kennewick man on November 19.

Antonio Aguilar-Hartmann, 24, was arrested Wednesday in Lincoln County.

The Kennewick Police Department said it worked with the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office to obtain a nationwide extraditable arrest warrant for Aguilar-Hartman due to it being a first degree murder case.

Aguilar-Hartman is accused in the killing of Mark Jurgens, 67, of Kennewick.

Jurgens was found dead in a home on the 4100 block of West 3rd Avenue on November 19.

Investigators have not yet revealed how the two are connected to one another.

The KPD Criminal Apprehension Team, the U.S. Marshals Task Force and the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office found Aguilar-Hartman at a home in north Lincoln County and arrested him.

He was taken to the Benton County Jail and will be facing a charge of murder in the first degree.
