PHILADELPHIA, PA.-Marryanne Trump Barry, a federal judge and former President Donald Trump’s older sister has died at age 86.
Barry retired as a federal appellate Judge in Philadelphia in 2019, according to NBC News. She was previously appointed to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey by President Reagan in 1983.
President Clinton appointed Barry to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Philadelphia in 1999.
According to NBC News, Barry gave up her staff and took inactive status in 2017 after her brother won the 2016 election.
