Wanted woman Kayla “Angel” Guzman is wanted for several felony and misdemeanor warrants. Now she has added four more, according to police.
KENNEWICK, Wash. – A wanted woman from Kennewick has four more charges against her after police said she slammed into one of their patrol cars in an effort to run from them.
It happnened on the 3300 block of West 9th Avenue on December 7.
Around 10 p.m., police officers from the Kennewick Police Department arrived after a report that a woman wanted for several warrants was at the scene.
Kayla “Angel” Guzman was wanted on four counts and police said it appeared she was at the scene in a stolen SUV.
Officers reported they saw Guzman in the SUV and when they tried to approach her, she drove away through the icy parking lot.
Officers said she drove the SUV into a Kennewick Police Department patrol car. The officer who was in the car was able to get out before the crash happened.
Guzman was able to get away from the scene, but now is facing charges of assault, hit and run, obstructing and resisting arrest.
