“Hidden in Plain Sight” event helps parents identify risky behaviors

Posted on by admin

PASCO, Wash. – Parents of teens across the Pasco School District are invited to attend a “Hidden in Plain Sight” event, an interactive presentation where participants can learn to identify their teen’s potential risky behaviors like drug use, mental health concerns and more.

The event takes place in the Pasco High School auditorium from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 13. The presentation is available in both English and Spanish.

The presentation features a mock teen bedroom and teaches participants how to find items that can indicate problem or risky behaviors. The presentation also shares popular local youth trends and data and tools for how to navigate the teen years.

Resources are also available while supplies last. Participants must be at least 18-years-old to attend.
