Gunman Pistol-Whips Two Victims, Steals Car in Kennewick

Kennewick Police are looking for a suspect after an armed carjacker pistol-whipped two victims.

According to the posting from KPD, the incident occurred last night at 11:23 p.m. at E. 1st Ave. and N. Washington St.

Armed Suspect Steals Minivan After Threatening Kennewick Victims

Witnesses say that a masked man assaulted two of the victims while a pregnant woman and several children looked on.

The carjacker demanded the keys to the victim’s vehicle. The masked man threatened to kill the victims if they didn’t give up the keys.

The suspect fled in the stolen vehicle, which is described as a light blue 2005 Toyota Sienna with a license plate of WA/ CKR7162.

The Kennewick Police are searching for this vehicle and suspect. KPD is asking that you DON’T approach this vehicle or suspect if you spot them.

Call 911 as KPD believes this suspect to be armed and dangerous. Let law enforcement do their job.
