Benton County Child Molester Facing 3 Felony Counts

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office said the investigation is still in its early phases.

  Benton County Man Jailed on 3 Felony Counts So Far

The Benton County Sheriff’s Department Major Crimes Unit, along with help from a BCSO Proactive Detective, arrested a 36-year old man.  The arrest took place Thursday, April 16th.

Ceasar E. Munoz was taken into custody without incident, following what Officials said was an investigation.

Munoz is facing three felony counts, one each for Rape of a Child, Child Molestation, and Incest.

  Officials Have Not Released Backround Details Yet

As part of the investigation, the BCSO says multiple electronic devices were taken from Munoz’s home, but did not elaborate how they were led to investigate him.

After his arrest, Officers interviewed the suspect, and now believe there may be more victims.

Officials did not say what city Munoz resides in.
