You would think I’d learn how important sleep is. And I know this to be true! And yet somehow I can never seem to fit enough sleep into my life.
Poor sleep contributes to a poor immune system
Just when everything is going along fine, and I have a lot of fun events lined up, Whamo! I get hit with Flu, or Covid or whatever disgusting virus is making its rounds, It seems that is just how it goes sometimes.
When I returned from New York I tested positive for Covid and was down for a few days. I’m still symptomatic so I am unable to host the Watch Party at 10 West Living Community.
How many men are on Golden Bachelorette?
I was however able to watch the first two Golden Bachelorette episodes on Hulu while lying in bed with a massive headache and high fever. Wowza were there some mighty fine-looking men on the show! Have you watched it yet? Better get to it!

How fun for Joan! I hope she finds the man of her dreams and yes, I’ve already chosen in my mind who I think she’ll find love with. I must say I am a really good matchmaker (for other people not so much myself) I called it with Joey and Kelsey too by the way (bragging just a little here)
And can we just talk a minute about Kelsey’s Dad Mark? He is so charming…
