Lake City ComiCon returns to Coeur d’Alene Saturday from 10am to 4pm at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds. Early bird admission is $12, with tickets available online. Otherwise, it’s $8 at the gate. Very affordable, either way.

01) You Could Win a High End “Baby Yoda”
We know, we know. He’s NOT “Baby Yoda.” But do you want to debate that or do you want to win your very own, life-sized Grogu, a/k/a The Child?
Bring non-perishable food items for the Post Falls Food Bank. For every “1” food item, you will get 1 entry ticket for a chance to win Sideshow Collectibles spot-on version of the little fella’. So bring a bag full of groceries, if you can afford to. The Child is valued at $375, and well worth donating to a good cause.
Drawing will be held at 2pm. Must be present to win.
02) Jason Lives – And He’s at Lake City Comicon
C. J. Graham, “the man behind the mask” in the 6th Friday the 13th installment will be signing autographs and chatting with fans. After a one-film hiatus, it was time to bring Jason Voorhees back from the dead, and C.J. was the man to do it in Jason Lives. He also starred opposite of Alice Cooper in a music video for the film.
03) Pop Swap
Got a Funko Pop! or two that you’d like to trade in for a different character? Bring ’em if you got ’em, and make a swap. It’s that easy.
04) Duke Nukem
Jon St. Jon is a pioneer of video game voice-acting, most famous for playing the wildly popular badass Duke Nukem.
05) Darth’s Diaper Drive
Havoc Squad of the 501st Legion are collecting new diapers to donate to Vanessa Behan. And you can get some fun photos for your socials.
06) Local Fantasy Author Courtney Davis
Courtney Davis is local author of urban fantasy, dark fantasy and a space fantasy.
07) Star Wars Actors
Amy Allen was an employee at Lucasfilm when she was tapped to portray Aayla Secura in the Star Wars prequels, Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith. Chris Bartlett has played droids on The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett & Obi-Wan Kenobi.
08) Cosplay Contest
Get your picture taken at the official Lake City Comicon photo booth to be entered into the social media challenge for “Fan’s Choice” Best Cosplay.
09) Pin Trading
Do you have some enamel/metal pins you’d like to trade for different ones? You know the drill, “bring ’em if you got ’em!” Don’t have a pin? $5 pins will be on sale, plus the first 200 people in the door get a free enamel pin to keep or trade.
10) Learn D&D
Want to learn how to play Dungeons and Dragons? The Eccentric DM (dungeon master) will have you playing in no time. Just follow the sound of his voice to find him – trust us, it will be loud enough.
