I was able to take the Reactor B tour years ago and it was an amazing look back at a time when the world was at war.

It’s amazing that scientists and everyone involved with the atomic bomb devised the weapon in only 18 months and it was out a necessity to hopefully prevent more loss of life and end a deadly war that might have gone the other way if it wasn’t for the Manhattan Project.
