Washington ranked first in 2023’s list of best states for jobs

MIAMI, FL.- WalletHub has released its 2023 report on the Best and Worst States for Jobs and Washington is ranked first on it’s list.

With unemployment rates at 3.9% and labor force participation on the rise, WalletHub compared the 50 states across 34 key indicators of job-market strength and economic vitality.

According to WalletHub’s report, Washington is the best state for jobs overall because of high paying salaries and employment protections.

With less than 4.2% of employed Washington residents living below the poverty line and having one of the highest average monthly starting salaries at $4,332, Washington is ranked at the top of the list of best states for jobs.
