Aren’t dreams the coolest? I remember as a kid havingĀ super cool dreams and knowing that I was dreaming, I could control and mastermind my own dream!
The adventures I would have!
Some people can control their dreams during Lucid dreaming
At times I’d get woken up from a dream, but I could fall back to sleep and continue dreaming the same dream before waking up! It was so much fun!

Somehow I’ve lost my ability to do that as an adult. Perhaps because I rarely get enough sleep to dream like that.
The brain is an amazing organ and capable of so much more than we use it for.
Recently a study was done with two experienced Lucid dreamers.
It’s called Remspace.
During Rem Sleep (Rapid Eye Movement stage of sleep) Lucid dreaming occurs.
Some people can control elements of a dream during this time. (I used to be able to do it as a kid. ) This is the time when our dreams are the most vivid.
Later, both could repeat the word they heard while in their Lucid dream state showing us that communicating with brain waves is possible even when we are sleeping.
I find this so intriguing.
I believe that even our thoughts are being communicated out into the universe for good or for negative outcomes.
Not just our actions are important but our thoughts too. like in the way that you’ll see a Facebook ad after thinking about an item you may want to purchase.
I think it works in the world much the same. Every thought negative or positive that you have is, somehow projecting what your reality will be. Don’t believe me? Try it.
I’ve sure learned this over the last few years. My life has changed drastically with just a few small adjustments between my thoughts and my actions.
