Shakira Stops Shooting Music Video After Fan Films Up Her Skirt

Posted on by admin

Shakira walked off stage after a fan filmed up her dress.

The incident took place at the LIV Miami nightclub where Shakira was to celebrate her new single “Soltera.” It was caught on camera in a video that has been circulating on Twitter.

In the clip, Shakira can be seen smiling and dancing on a stage as she previews her new song. Fans were screaming with excitement over the new song, however, things went south fast. Shakira waved her index fingers on both hands as she looks down on someone who is off camera. The gesture likely indicated that they should stop what they are doing.

At one point in the video, Shakira makes a gesture to her eyes to communicate what appears to be “I see you” and then grabs the front and the back of her skirt to block any view that people might have.

The music continued to play in the background. Shakira appeared to be frustrated and performed a few more moves before she tugged on the hem of her skirt. She then shook her head and walked off stage.

A spokesperson for Shakira has not responded to the incident as of reporting.

People on social media were quick to react to the situation.

“That’s truly disappointing behavior. Artists deserve respect and privacy, both on and off stage. It’s crucial to ensure a safe environment for everyone,” one person said.

“I hate how anyone thinks this is appropriate!!” someone else added.

“This is why i would still choose the bear!!!!” another Twitter user commented.

A release date for Shakira’s new single has not been announced as of now.
