OLYMPIA, Wash.- Washington State Governor Jay Inslee announced today that in honor and remembrance of former First Lady Rosalynn Carter all Washington and U.S. Flags will be lowered to half-staff at all state facilities.
“Her legacy will continue to inspire generations to come to embrace compassion and the power of service.” Said Inslee.
