According to the Richland Police Department, George Washington Way is fully reopened.

According to the Richland Police Department, George Washington Way is closed at Jadwin Ave until further notice because of a DUI crash.
RPD says on Sunday morning, reports came in of a reckless driver speeding on George Washington Way.
RPD says the suspect clipped a car, lost control and crashed into a utility pole causing significant damage. RPD says both the victim and suspect were uninjured in the crash.
After an investigation, RPD officers arrested the the reckless driver for DUI. Officers also arrested another driver who police say attempted to pass patrol cars that were blocking the street for DUI at the scene as well.
