PASCO, Wash.–A man and a woman stole two bottles of liquor and makeup from a Court St. Walgreens Sunday evening.
The two were confronted but still did not pay and left in a silver 2005 Honda Accord, according to Pasco Police. Hours later, a veteran Sargant saw the car driving around and attempted to stop it, but they refused and continued to drive off.
A rookie officer spotted the car later in the day with its headlights off, and the Honda refused to stop again and fled out of sight, according to police. Just a few minutes later, though, it was found crashed into a fence at 13th Ave and Ainsworth.
Police could not locate them in the area, but two round cracks in the windshield indicated they had hit their heads during the crash, police say.
Anyone with information on the suspect’s whereabouts can call the non-emergency dispatch number at 509-628-0333.
