WALLA WALLA, Wash.-A stretch of Francis Drive will be closed for utility work on Thursday, Dec. 14.
The closure between Cascade Drive and Boyer Drive is expected to last from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., according to the City of Walla Walla. Residents and pedestrians in the area will still have access, however, emergency vehicles will not have through access in the work zone.
