Speaking to The Daily Mail in an interview published on May 10, Mama June revealed that her lowest point, she spent $1 million on cocaine.

“I don’t remember like a lot of that time frame. Just bits and pieces and stuff. But the biggest, stupidest thing I’ve done is spend that much money on drugs,” Mama June said.

She went on to share that she was spending upwards of $3,000 a day on drugs, and she now wonders what she would have done with that money instead.

“I think about a lot of things I could do with that money. My husband tells me all the time that I can’t dwell on it,” Mama June shared.

As for how she is coping with her finances now, she shared that she watches what she spends.

“I’ve gone back to being like penny pinching and Justin tells me I’m a money hoarder,” she said.

However, her past drug use has caused doctors to be skeptical when it comes to treating a currently unidentified health issue that has caused her to be hospitalized over headaches and dizziness.

“When they look at me and I feel like I’m getting judged because of my prior issues,” she said.

“I hate that the doctors will look at someone who has been through something in their life, like an addiction, and they think that someone can’t change,” Mama June continued.

Now, Mama June says she just wants answers as to what is going on with her health, but knows it will take some time.
