Where Are The Most Tourist-Friendly Islands In Washington State?

We might not have the tropics and non-stop sand but we’ve some unique places to explore that’ll still give you that island vibe you might be searching for.

I lived on the west side back in the ’90s and one of my favorite family things to do was jump a ferry and check out some amazing places and views that you normally wouldn’t see in Seattle or from the Eastern side of Washington. 

I thought I’d break down six islands that you should put on your travel plans the next time you hit the road to the west side.
